How to make an appointment
This is a Specialist Private (non-bulk billing) Practice. Patients should discuss with their General Practitioner or another doctor if referral to an infection specialist is required. This practice can not accept self referrals from the public.
Appointments can be made for consultations in Perth, including tele-medicine, by telephoning my rooms in Subiaco during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).

What to bring to your appointment:
It is important to bring any pathology, x-rays and other past medical history documents that are relevant to your condition.
You will be sent a confidential medical questionnaire with your appointment letter. Please bring the completed questionnaire and hand in at reception when you arrive. You may prefer to discuss certain sections directly with the doctor during the consultation and if so, leave those blank.
Fees:
This is a private billing practice and payment is required on the day of your appointment. The fees depend on the services being provided and vary.
This practice accepts VISA, Master Card, and EFTPOS. Corresponding Medicare scheduled fee refunds occur overnight into your nominated bank account.
A letter will be sent to you once you make your initial appointment which will outline the likely costs. The maximum amount you will be required to pay for an initial consultation is $475 (A medicare rebate is available which will vary depending on the complexity of the consultation).
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend we ask that you contact our rooms at least 48 hours before your appointment so that another patient may be offered the booking time.
If you cancel your booking within 48h of your appointment you will incur a $150 fee payable at the time of the cancellation. Please note this fee is not refundable from Medicare.
If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel an appointment the day of your booking you will be charged the fee for the consultation. Please note this fee is not refundable from Medicare.
